How to request account deletion
You can request deletion using either of the methods below:

In the FXneed app
Go to My → Settings⚙️ → Delete Account and submit the deletion request.

By email
Email support@fxneed.com with the subject line
Account Deletion Request and include the email address or phone number you used to register.
For your security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing deletion.
What will be deleted
Once your deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize (where appropriate) the following data associated with your FXneed account:
- Profile information (such as name, email address, phone number, and profile photo)
- Service requests, offers/quotes, and related attachments you provided
- Chat messages and conversation history (unless retention applies as described below)
- Uploaded images related to requests or services
- Location data associated with requests/services (where stored)
- Device identifiers used for notifications (where stored)
Data retention (kept temporarily)
To support customer service, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention, certain data may be retained for limited periods
before being deleted:

Unsuccessful activity (no successful order):
records may be retained for up to 3 months.

Successful orders:
records related to completed/paid orders may be retained for up to 1 year.
“Unsuccessful activity” includes drafts, canceled requests, unaccepted offers, and other interactions that do not result in a successful order.
Data that may be retained longer (legal & safety)
In some cases, we may retain limited data for longer periods if required for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance,
or for legitimate safety purposes such as preventing fraud, enforcing our terms, or handling ongoing disputes.
When this happens, we restrict access to the retained data and delete it once it is no longer required.
What happens after you request deletion
- We verify the request to protect your account.
- We process the deletion and confirm by email when completed (if you requested by email, or if your account has an email on file).
- Some data may remain temporarily as described in the retention section above.
If you have an active service in progress or an unresolved dispute, deletion may be delayed until it is completed or resolved.
