FXneed Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Droidsee Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications and services. It covers FXneed Seeker (for customers) and FXneed Pro (for service providers).

What We Collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and profile details you choose to provide.
• Transactional data: bookings, quotes, messages, and payments (processed by third-party processors).
• Device & diagnostics: app version, device model, OS version, and crash/usage analytics (non-PII).
• Photos / Camera content (optional): images or videos you choose to capture or upload to describe issues or results.

Permissions & Why We Use Them

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): to let Seekers or Pros capture photos/videos of issues that are hard to handle or describe, so both sides can quickly identify the problem and plan service.
• Photos/Storage: to let you select pictures from your gallery and attach them to a request or job record.
• Notifications: to alert you about bookings, quotes, messages, and job status changes.
• Approximate location (optional): if enabled, to suggest relevant providers/requests nearby and improve ETA. Precise GPS is not required for basic use.

We access the camera or media library only when you choose features that need them. We do not access the microphone, contacts, or other sensors unless explicitly required by features you use.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve matching, booking, messaging, and payment features.
• Help troubleshoot issues through images captured by Seeker or Pro.
• Prevent abuse, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations.
• Analyze performance (aggregated and de-identified analytics).

Data Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the service (e.g., cloud hosting, crash analytics, payment processing). We do not sell personal data. Images you upload may be visible to the matched counterparty (Seeker ↔ Pro) and our support staff when necessary to resolve an issue.

Retention & Security

We retain information as long as your account remains active or as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method is 100% secure.

Your Choices

• You may decline camera access; you can still use the app but some features may be limited.
• You can view, edit, or delete profile information in the app; request account deletion via support.
• Manage notification settings in the app or your device settings.

Children

Our services are not intended for children under 18 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
