Common Questions
1. I can't log in to my account
- Make sure you are using the correct app (Seeker vs. Pro).
- Check that your email or phone number is typed correctly.
- Try the “Forgot password” option if available.
- If you still cannot log in, email us at support@fxneed.com.
2. I didn't receive a verification code / push notification
- Confirm that your device has a stable internet connection.
- Check your SMS, email spam folder, or in-app notifications.
- On your device, make sure notifications are enabled for FXneed / FXneed Pro.
3. Issues with bookings or jobs
- Open the app and go to your latest request / job detail screen.
- Check the current status and recent messages.
- If something looks wrong, contact us with the job ID or a screenshot.
4. Payments and payouts
- For Seekers: check your payment method and recent transaction history in the app.
- For Pros: verify your payout details and recent job records.
- If a charge or payout looks incorrect, email us and include the date, amount, and currency.
Technical Troubleshooting
- Update to the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Try closing and reopening the app.
- If the problem persists, try restarting your device.
- When you contact us, sharing your app version and device model helps us fix issues faster.
Tip: In most devices you can find the app version inside the app's “Settings” or on the store page.
