FXneed — Pro Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Platform

FXneed is an information and service-matching platform only. FXneed connects individuals seeking services (“Seekers”) with independent service providers (“Pros”).

FXneed does not employ, endorse, certify, supervise, manage, or guarantee any Pro, and does not verify the identity, background, qualifications, licenses, or credentials of Pros.

FXneed does not provide, perform, or control any services offered by Pros.

2. Pro Responsibilities

As a Pro, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for:

• the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all information you provide on the platform;
• ensuring that any services you offer are lawful, properly licensed or certified where required, and within your professional competence;
• determining and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing, insurance, and tax obligations related to your services;
• negotiating service details, pricing, schedules, payment terms, and expectations directly with Seekers;
• delivering services in a safe, professional, and lawful manner.

FXneed does not verify whether you hold any licenses, certifications, or credentials required in your jurisdiction.

3. Payments and Platform Fees

FXneed does not process payments, hold funds, escrow funds, or act as a payment intermediary between Seekers and Pros.

All service fees are agreed upon and paid directly between Seekers and Pros. FXneed is not a party to any payment arrangement or service agreement between a Seeker and a Pro.

FXneed may charge Pros a separate platform, information, or service fee for use of the platform.

Such fees are independent of, and unrelated to, any service agreement or payment arrangement between a Seeker and a Pro.

4. Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor, and not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of FXneed.

Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and FXneed.

You are solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing, permits, and legal compliance related to your services.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXneed is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, claims, delays, non-performance, payment issues, disputes, or service outcomes arising from:

• your services;
• your interactions with Seekers;
• any agreement or payment between you and a Seeker.

FXneed disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any guarantees of job availability, customer reliability, payment, earnings, or service outcomes.

6. Changes to These Terms

FXneed may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
