FXneed — Seeker Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Platform

FXneed is an information and service-matching platform only. We connect individuals seeking services (“Seekers”) with independent service providers (“Pros”).

FXneed does not provide, perform, supervise, manage, or verify any services offered by Pros.

FXneed does not:

• employ, manage, or control Pros;
• guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any services;
• authenticate or verify the identity, qualifications, licenses, or background of any Pro;
• participate in, mediate, or resolve disputes between Seekers and Pros.

FXneed does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a payment intermediary between Seekers and Pros.

All service fees are agreed upon and paid directly between Seekers and Pros.

FXneed may charge Pros a separate platform or information service fee for use of the platform.

Such fees are independent of any service agreement between a Seeker and a Pro.

You acknowledge and agree that FXneed is not a party to any agreement made between you and a Pro.

2. Seeker Responsibilities

As a Seeker, you are solely responsible for:

• reviewing and assessing any Pro you choose to communicate with or hire;
• determining the accuracy, reliability, and legitimacy of any information provided by a Pro;
• negotiating service details, schedules, prices, and expectations directly with the Pro;
• confirming any required licenses, certifications, or qualifications where applicable;
• ensuring your own safety and exercising reasonable judgment in all interactions.

FXneed does not verify whether a Pro holds licenses or credentials required in your jurisdiction.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXneed is not liable for:

• service quality, damages, losses, or unsatisfactory outcomes;
• personal injury, property damage, or other harm;
• delays, cancellations, non-performance, or incomplete services;
• any dispute, payment issue, or disagreement between you and a Pro.

FXneed disclaims all warranties relating to Pro information, service quality, or service outcomes, whether express or implied.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

FXneed does not guarantee that you will find a suitable Pro, that any Pro will respond, or that a service engagement will be completed.

5. Changes to These Terms

FXneed may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
